My name is Jose Rodriguez and I am the founder of Tio Pepe's. I have 20 years of cooking experience.

Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I decided to start my business in food trucks specializing in authentic Mexican food. After years on my food trucks, incorporating a catering service was important to showcase real authentic Mexican food for someone's special event.

We are located in Grover Beach and have had the pleasure of catering throughout the Central Coast, CA.
